Payment

We accept payment via Paypal, Credit Card, iDeal and online banktransfers.

Shipment

We ship within 3 weeks of receiving payment. 

All Limited Editions are shipped insuranced with track and trace.
For open editions it is possible, if you wish, to sent purchases insuranced with track and trace. This will cost a little extra.

Packaging

All items are packaged with care. Items are packaged in a tube or between hard cardboard.
Estimated delivery times:
12-17 days outside Europe
6-8 days inside Europe
2-3 days national

We only sent to your mentioned shipping address and are not responsible for wrong or incorrectly filled in addresses. When your purchase is shipped, we will sent you a confirmation.

Custom charges concerning open editions and postcards
Custom fees, taxes, duties or received fees are the responsibility of the custom, as well as import restrictions from the Netherlands.
Small items will be shipped as oversized letter mail and should not incur customs charges. Larger items may incur charges.
As it is difficult to calculate these charges, due of international laws, we can not be responsible for any of this charges and returns will not be accepted concerning these custom fees.

Lost and Damaged

If items are lost, it is still possible they will tracked even 6 weeks later. We advice you to wait six weeks.

Lost and Damaged concerning open editions and postcards
If items are stolen and if it wasn’t insurance by you in this case we are not responsible. Items lost or stolen, will not be refunded or replaced.
Please take a photo of the damage and sent it to us within 4 days of receiving your order.

Returns

Contact us within seven days of delivery if you want a refund or return. Return is possible if your order is returned to us in perfect condition as it was sent.

Shipping costs will not be refunded in this process.

Your item will be returned up to 14 days after receiving your order. It is the customer responsibility to return the item in original condition as well as return shipping costs.
